Well behaved pets are allowed in "The Maples"
and "The Pines" cottages. An extra fee of $100 per pet per week applies- Please check with us if you plan to bring a pet as some simple requirements apply. |

| x | Rental periods generally must be in blocks of full weeks
(Saturday to Saturday) during June, July and August, although shorter stays are considered. Shorter stays of at least 3 nights that do not include both a Friday and a Saturday night will be considered during September, and October. |

Our rental week runs from 2:00 p.m. on Saturday to 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday | |
|
|
"The Maples", "the Pines",
and "the Cedars" are nonsmoking cottages - if there are any smokers in your party, please be aware that smoking is permitted outside only. |
|
|
|
You supply your own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) unless you have special circumstances (such as traveling by air). | |
|
|
The
Cottages are "housekeeping" cottages - you provide your own
cleaning (cleaning supplies are provided) and cottages are to be left in clean condition when you depart - if you wish to rent but do not wish to do your own cleaning, PLEASE ASK as we may be able to provide cleaning for an extra fee. |

|
|
If
you plan to bring your own boat, please let us know the size and
weight so that we can be certain that the property can accommodate it |
|
| x | Boat
owners should also be aware that for the safety of your boat, we
require boats to be removed from the water every night (to protect them from rare but possible extreme storms). You may remove your boat by trailering it from the public boat launch, or make use of one of our boat lifts if it meets our requirements. |

| x | Sorry, but due to the large width of pontoon boats, we are unable to accommodate them. | |
| x | Also, please be aware that at the request of guests and neighbors we do not permit jet skis. | |

To confirm your reservation 50% of the total rental fee is required | |

The remainder of your rental fee is due upon check-in | |
|
|
A security deposit of $250 per cottage is required at check-in | |
|
|
Vermont Rooms
and Meals tax of 9% of your rental fee is required at check-in for all stays under 30 days |
|
|
|

available and allow us to answer any questions (our availability calendar can change very quickly - we book on a "first come/first served" basis) |

We make the weeks
you choose unavailable to others once we receive a written or verbal commitment to rent - our web availability calendar will be modified to show your initials and state with a status of "Deposit Pending" |

We then allow 5
business days for your deposit check to be received Deposit checks need to be made out to "Leisa Pollander" and sent to 4139 North Cambridge Rd Jeffersonville, VT 05464 |
|
|
|
Once your deposit
is received, your status is changed to "Confirmed" and we will send a confirmation/receipt to you by U.S. mail |
|
| x | If you must cancel
your reservation, please let us know as far in advance as possible
to allow us time to rebook your week. |
